Bleaching and mercering
Texblank is an exceptional black elastomer, developed to withstand the harshest chemical conditions in textile impregnation processes such as bleaching, mercerizing, and washing. Thanks to its high-temperature resistance, it can endure contact with oxidizing and alkaline products, such as caustic soda and hydrogen peroxide baths used during these processes. This material is essential to ensure the durability and reliability of textile products subjected to these demanding chemical conditions.
Filtex BC is a microporous rubber covering that allows the roller to apply the sizing paste evenly and uniformly, maintaining the mechanical properties of the rubber stable over long periods of time. Filtex BC has been specially designed for the second squeezing roller in the yarn sizing bath.
INDIGOM is a black compound specially designed for indigo dyeing in slasher and rope dyeing processes. The hardness ranges from 65 Shore A to 75 Shore A. Its excellent elastic recovery and outstanding chemical resistance ensure uniform dyeing, preventing color differences between the center and edges.
Rubber formula specially developed to withstand dye baths with a high concentration of silicates. It has great abrasion resistance and superior hardness stability to achieve the best quality and repeatability in dyeing processes.

This rubber has been developed to optimize squeezing in padders and achieve a highly efficient production process. The TOP DRY formula has excellent compression capacity and extremely high hardness stability, which eliminates the need for roller regrinding.
