Products requested through the Gomplast website are handled as purchase requests.

Once the request is received, the Gomplast team will contact the customer to confirm:

• Product availability

• Estimated delivery time

• Shipping and delivery conditions

Shipping times may vary depending on the type of product, stock availability, or whether the item is manufactured to order.

Shipments are made to the address provided by the customer once the order has been confirmed and the conditions have been agreed.

Gomplast does not process automatic shipments through the website. Shipping is arranged only after the request has been validated and the conditions have been confirmed with the customer.

Return conditions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the type of product and its condition:

• Standard products may be eligible for return, subject to prior evaluation and acceptance by Gomplast.

• Products manufactured to order, customized, or used are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

In the event of a defect or product non-conformity, Gomplast will evaluate the replacement or the most appropriate solution on a case-by-case basis.

Payment and shipment are arranged directly with the customer once the request has been confirmed; therefore, no automatic refunds are processed through the website.
