FIBRASHIELD® Non-stick technology
FibraShield® is a new non-stick technology based on fluoropolymers, designed to prevent the buildup of fibers and other additives on any surface in the wet end of the paper machine.
In addition to reducing the accumulation of fibers and chemical products, FibraShield® provides improved sheet release at the nips, preventing sheet breaks, extending scraper blade life, improving paper quality, reducing downtime, increasing production efficiency, and enabling a much easier and more cost-effective cleaning and maintenance process.

FibraShield® is a next-generation non-stick technology based on fluoropolymers, developed to prevent the buildup of fibers and other additives on surfaces in the wet end of the paper machine.
Its application improves the performance of rollers and other components, optimizing the production process and reducing common issues caused by fiber and chemical adhesion.
